As a National Resource Centre, WASH institute will help the States in developing their Information, Education and Communication (IEC) strategy as well as capacity building of different stakeholders. Under this programme WASH institute will provide technical guidance to the States in establishing and proper functioning of the Communication & Capacity Development Unit (CCDUs). The institute will also provide technical guidance for implementation of reform initiatives in different districts and will organize training programme for main stakeholders at the State level.
