Mahatma Gandhi International Sanitation Convention (MGISC) 29TH September 2018-2nd October 2018, New Delhi, India.
Government of India launched Swachh Bharat Mission on October 2, 2014 with the aim of achieving “Clean India” by 2019. As a part of the endeavour, The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS) organised an International Convention (MGISC) in which, the ministerial representatives and their associates from 65 countries participated. The prime objective of the event was to exchange local and global best practices towards achieving SDG 6.2.
WASH Institute, as a Key Resource Centre for MDWS, was entrusted with the responsibility of ‘Foreign Delegates Travel and Accommodation Facilitator’ for the grand event.
